His strong transactional business background coupled with his expansive community connections translates to a well-curated array of locally-owned and operated new businesses who now call the Blackstone District home. Jay graduated from the University of Kansas and is a licensed real estate salesperson in both Nebraska and Iowa. He serves on the board of Metro Transit, among many other involvements in the community.
